Zusammensetzung

1 Filmtablette enth. 5-/ 10 mg Amlodipin (als Amlodipinbesilat), 160-/ 320 mg Valsartan und 12,5-/ 25 mg Hydrochlorothiazid.

Anwendung

Zur Behandlung der essenziellen Hypertonie als Ersatztherapie bei erwachsenen Patienten, deren Blutdruck durch die Kombination aus Amlodipin, Valsartan und Hydrochlorothiazid (HCT), die entweder in Form der drei einzelnen Komponenten oder als Zweierkombination und einer Einzelkomponente gegeben wurde, ausreichend kontrolliert ist.
